"live in Miami part-time, and Lauras class is one of the few workouts that's become completely non-negotiable for me. I've tried so many Pilates studios, and honestly, I have yet to find anything that compares back home in Boston. From my very first class, I felt so welcomed. She creates such an encouraging environment while still giving you an incredible workout. You leave feeling stronger, challenged, and wanting to come back for more. If you're looking for a Pilates studio in Miami, this is an absolute must. I’m also obsessed with the entire staff and their equal love for dachshunds. 🐾"

"I had a wonderful experience speaking with the front desk associate Gabby over the phone. From the very beginning, she was courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her tone was warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. She listened carefully to my questions and provided clear, detailed answers without rushing me. I really appreciated her patience and how efficiently she handled everything I needed. It’s not always easy to deliver great customer service over the phone, but she made the entire interaction smooth and pleasant. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Thanks to her assistance, my concerns were fully addressed, and I felt confident moving forward. Excellent service like this makes a lasting impression—highly appreciated!"

"I took Aerial Foundations with Shauna and absolutely loved it. She explained everything clearly, broke down each move step by step, and made the class feel really safe and welcoming. I’m a beginner and was nervous at first, but she was so patient and encouraging that I actually relaxed and had fun. Highly recommend her class if you’ve been wanting to try aerial but feel intimidated."
