Breezeblock Coffee

"This is a coffee shop in a leasing office. Limit flavors but SF is a plus. $8 for the coffee is a little steep but the barista was nice and the coffee was quick and solid."

"This is such a hidden gem! A super cool coffee shop tucked inside a building near MDC , it has a modern, cozy vibe that makes it worth finding. I ordered an espresso, and the taste really stood out: rich, smooth, and very different from what you usually get elsewhere. You can immediately tell the quality of the beans and the care they put into preparation. I also tried the latte, which was perfectly balanced, creamy, and just as impressive. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for high-quality coffee in the area!"

"Breezeway Block Coffee has been one of my favorite spots in the building for the past few years. The coffee is great, but what really keeps me coming back is the atmosphere and the people. Nikia, Maria, and the team do an incredible job creating a welcoming environment. They’re always friendly, positive, and genuinely make an effort to connect with everyone who comes through. Whether it’s a quick coffee run before work or just stopping by for a chat, they consistently bring great energy and make the experience enjoyable. The entire team does a fantastic job, and it’s one of the reasons Breezeway has such a warm, community feel. Great coffee, great service, and even better people."
