"I had the most beautiful Valentine’s Day experience taking my mom to Hürrem Hammam Wellness & Spa. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. A special thank you to Widelene, who took such amazing care of us. She gave us a full tour, made us feel completely comfortable, and helped us get settled with our lockers, robes, and towels. She took the time to explain all the amenities included with our day pass, which made the experience feel effortless and relaxing. Her kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for our visit. We also received wonderful service from the valet, Cristian, who was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The entire experience was exceptional the spa is beautiful, serene, and thoughtfully designed. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together on such a special day.
